This year has not been as bad as it could have been :) But you want to make sure that you take good care of your skin and your hair. Make sure to keep your skin moisturized! If you wear your hair relaxed or natural (like I do), don't forget how important it is to keep your hair moisturized. Keeping your hair moisturized will help it from becoming dry, brittle and eventually breaking off!
